1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilliapp ("jilliapp," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jilliapp online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website located at jilliapp.club (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by jilliapp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines.

jilliapp reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of age, and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

3.Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the jilliapp Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If jilliapp determines that a player holds more than one account, jilliapp reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

When registering an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update it if any details change.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify jilliapp immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, except where such activity results from jilliapp's own negligence or breach.

jilliapp reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

jilliapp supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.

The following payment methods are not accepted on the jilliapp Platform:

• Cryptocurrency of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, and any other digital asset.
• Credit card deposits for gambling purposes, which are prohibited under current Philippine regulations.

All deposits are credited to your jilliapp account in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require the submission of supporting documentation before processing. jilliapp aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of the account.

jilliapp reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. All financial transactions are subject to applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

jilliapp offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time each offer is made available, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods.

General bonus terms applicable to all jilliapp promotions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who have completed the required verification steps.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• jilliapp reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct intended to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met.

6.Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jilliapp Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation by jilliapp or any third party. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the theoretical long-term payout rates for each game.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, jilliapp's records shall be the definitive source of truth for determining the outcome of any disputed game round. jilliapp reserves the right to void any game round affected by a technical error and to refund the relevant stake to the player's account.

Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing a game session. jilliapp is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilliapp Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any criminal enterprise.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jilliapp staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jilliapp Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of jilliapp or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jilliapp.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used on the Platform.
• Use any jilliapp trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of jilliapp's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jilliapp.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilliapp, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform.
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond jilliapp's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.

jilliapp's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.Privacy & Data

jilliapp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilliapp implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and secure data storage protocols, to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jilliapp cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

jilliapp will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the lawful operation of the Platform.

11.Responsible Gaming

jilliapp is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.

12.Account Suspension & Termination

jilliapp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation when requested.
• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal of a deposit transaction.
• Determination that the player is ineligible to use the Platform under Section 2 of these Terms.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, regulatory requirement, or court order.

Players may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting jilliapp's customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any amounts owed to jilliapp) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, jilliapp reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where fraud or criminal conduct is established, to forfeit such balance entirely.

13.Amendments to These Terms

14.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and jilliapp arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jilliapp from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
